SM Lanang Premier kicks off Independence Day celebrations with Philippine-Themed LEGO exhibit

As a kid, LEGO bricks are one of the most memorable toys that i got. It's the kind of toy that motivates you to use your boundless imagination to be able to create a world of your own made out of bricks. This colorful bricks might be tiny, but it has already bought joys to kids and kids at heart from different parts of the world for many years now.

Last June 3, the Grand Launch and Unveiling of It’s More Fun in the Philippines with LEGO exhibit  was held at the SM Lanang Premiere’s Atrium. The exhibit embraces the Department of Tourism’s slogan and shows the beauty and diversity of the Philippines through a fascinating display of bricks and colors. It will be shown at The Atrium, SM Lanang Premier from June 3-30, 2013. This in line with the observance of Independence Day where in SM Lanang Premier partnered with LEGO, the world’s leading maker of toy building bricks, and Toy Kingdom as they bring to Davao City and Mindanao the first and largest-ever LEGO Philippine map exhibit.

The LEGO exhibit has finally made its way to Davao City after its run at SM Mall of Asia, SM North Edsa-The Block and SM City Cebu in the past years. Highly creative and educational, it showcases the country’s spectacular landmarks, icons and tourist attractions, providing an opportunity for mall shoppers of all ages to learn more about the Philippines. At the same time, it also helps promote love of country and national pride among Filipinos.

SarBay All the Way!

They say "What happens in SarBay, stays in SarBay". It could be true coz of all the booze you consumed, you probably gone blackout. But then you see the photos all over the internet, and you were like, "Is that me strip dancing on stage?!"

Held last May 25-26, SarBay Fest is considered the biggest beach party in whole of Mindanao. With more than 70,000 attendees and all the activities organized, that was sure pretty epic. Yep, it was the perfect venue to show off your hot beach bodies, get drunk and pass out on the sand, get yourself a summer fling and party till you drop.

Highlight of the first night was the awesome Foam Party. The crowd was soaking wet with bubbles all over dancing to the latest beats. Now tell me if that's not sexy? Who cares if i'm dancing with a hot stranger who I never met before? Who gives a damn if someone just removed your shirt and you're now dancing topless? No one as long as you're awesome!

The 2nd day was the perfect time to just chill out under the sun with some cold booze and cool friends. Everyone was in the beach so you probably bump in to someone you know (or maybe someone you want to get know. if you know what i mean.)

The event ended with a concert featuring the all female rock band, General Luna. they also featured some local bands which for sure wasn't left out in showcasing their talents. And of course, what better way to end the night than of an epic dance party. Indeed, the whole experience was wild and sexy.
