SarBay All the Way!

They say "What happens in SarBay, stays in SarBay". It could be true coz of all the booze you consumed, you probably gone blackout. But then you see the photos all over the internet, and you were like, "Is that me strip dancing on stage?!"

Held last May 25-26, SarBay Fest is considered the biggest beach party in whole of Mindanao. With more than 70,000 attendees and all the activities organized, that was sure pretty epic. Yep, it was the perfect venue to show off your hot beach bodies, get drunk and pass out on the sand, get yourself a summer fling and party till you drop.

Highlight of the first night was the awesome Foam Party. The crowd was soaking wet with bubbles all over dancing to the latest beats. Now tell me if that's not sexy? Who cares if i'm dancing with a hot stranger who I never met before? Who gives a damn if someone just removed your shirt and you're now dancing topless? No one as long as you're awesome!

The 2nd day was the perfect time to just chill out under the sun with some cold booze and cool friends. Everyone was in the beach so you probably bump in to someone you know (or maybe someone you want to get know. if you know what i mean.)

The event ended with a concert featuring the all female rock band, General Luna. they also featured some local bands which for sure wasn't left out in showcasing their talents. And of course, what better way to end the night than of an epic dance party. Indeed, the whole experience was wild and sexy.

Heat was an Understatement But I Had Fun

Only a few things could urge me to wake so early in the morning. Included in the short list would be mini trip to Samal Island together with my siblings in CAC. It wasnt really an outing. It's more of a search for a perfect venue to hold one of our incoming activity.

They say "The heat is on!". But i say it's an understatement. i never imagined the sun to emit such humidity that it literally bites. (i have marks to prove you that). The line to get through the barge was unusually long even for a Sunday morning.

Samal is just the place to be if you are looking a for a good resort to spend quality time with. The price for passes ranges from lowest rate i could imagine to the "can-afford" level. Well, it also depends on the amenities and how commercialized the resort is. I had the chance to discover some not so familiar resorts in Samal together with Aldrich So, Janine Gait and Ate Jessica Sanchez (nope, not the American Idol) over a joyride at the back of a truck.
